Circulat ' n Element of the NPO #7 P1 The committee de-
velope the following additional police s :
Policy - It is intended that the collector that extends
NW from 121st and the extension of N. Dakota
Street that joins with the extension of Spring-
wood Drive- uld not be a majo'?,bypass that would
carry cross community traffic across from Scholls
to the Tigard Community, to the area of Greenburg
Road. This should be implemented by stop-signs and
the maintenance of existing off-set intersections .

Policy #A* - Access onto Scholls Ferry Road shall be limited
to the major collects indicated o the approved
NPO #7 Plan map �n

Policy #M - New major ubdivisions or planned unit develop-
ments (•acres or 60 units larger) shall provide
at least two (2) separate accesses from the
development to collector streets. Those accesses
shall be approved by the City Planning Commission .

SUBJECT: Final Review of NPO #7 Comprehensive Plan
DATE: October 12, 1978
The Comprehensive Plan and the NPO #7 is ready for its final
review. A meeting of the NPO #7 Committee will be held on
Wednesday, at 7 : 30 P.M. , October 25, 1978, at the home of Bonnie
Owens at 12450 SW Summercrest Drive (her phone numbers are
639-1158, home, or 641-7191 - work) .
The Tigard City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
for the adoption of the plan on November 21 , 1978 at Fowler
Junior High School at 8 :00 P.M. The City Council is scheduled
to review and adopt the plan in December, 1978.
