Recommend approval of Sensitive Lands Permit
Recommend acceptance of prelminary plat - contingent upon review
of the staff report
2. Kreuger
Recommend acceptance
3. Gallo's Vineyard
Approve preliminary plat with condition - that developer provide
adequate drainage to lots on the lower portion - specifically so
'than homes in Mutleys Addition will not be adversely impacted.
Recommend perimeter drain between Mutleys and Gallo's.
Must have 50' radium at end of development
