02/23/1987 - Minutes COMPUTER USERS GROUP
MINUTES OF MEETING FEBRUARY 23, 1987
The meeting began at 10 A.M. . Present were Wayne Lowry, Randy Clarno, Alice
Carrick, and Jeff of IPM.
The following items were discussed:
1. We discussed the use of the B25 multi—plan training package as opposed to
classroom training. It was determined that the tape package would be
preferable and would be available for reference after training. The cost
is under $200. Wayne will purchase the package. All members of the group
will determine the interest in multi—plan training among managers and
general employees in their areas. We will then put together a hist and
develop a schedule for training.
2. The contract with TPM will be extended thru at least December 1987.
3. Since our meeting Bob Jean has suggested that further computer purchases
should be presented to the group who will then forward a recommendation to
him for the 87-88 Budget. We will begin forming our recommendation at our
next meeting on March 9, 1987. Come with as much info on computer as
possible.
The agenda for the March 9, 1987 meeting will be as follows:
