chairman not being organized. Our next meeting will be August 31, 1987 at
10:00 AM in the Community Development Conference Room.

completed FY 87-88 Work Program.

1 . Marcha and Sherrie summarized their visit to the City of Gresham in which
they looked at electronic mail.
2. Discussion on monthly reporting methods for overall computer system.
Wayne, Randy and Nadine to contact other agencies for ideas on reporting.
3 . Update one new B1955 disk drive. Should be installed by August 21, 1987.
