Dear David:
Based on our observations at the project site, the inspection reports by Carlson Testing, Inc., and
the final summary letter for Building 1 by Carlson dated March 6, 2017, the structural portion of
Building 1, Burnham & Ash Apartments, as detailed in our structural drawings sheets S001 through
S611, appears to be completed in general conformance with the drawings to the best of our
knowledge.
This letter applies only to the structural portion of the work at Building 1. Please contact me if you
