Tigard, Oregon HCE #: 14126 Dear Tony: This letter is in regards to the site retaining walls constructed of segmented blocks at the project listed above. We performed a site observation to verify that the as-built construction of these walls conformed to our structural drawings. A drilled hole was also provided on the retained side of the wall to verify geo-grid placement. Based upon this site observation it appears as if the wall was constructed per our drawings.
