Provided continuous epoxy anchor installation inspection for rebar dowels at intermediate footings
between gridlines 3-5/C-F, old footings to new footings connections and new footings between
gridlines 2-3/A-G. Contractor used a 5/8" ANSI bit to drill all holes for #4 dowels at old footings to
new footings, a 7/8" ANSI bit for#6 dowels at new footings and a 1/2" ANSI bit for#3 dowels at new
footings under steel posts. All holes were drilled to minimum embedment depth of 6" and cleaned
using blow, brush, and blow method. Contractor used sufficient amounts of Simpson SET(Lot#SET
XP22 123X214X, Expiration date: 10/25/17). All work performed is per approved plans,
manufacturers' recommendations and ICC ES ESR 2508.
To the best of our knowledge, all items inspected today are in conformance with approved plans and
specifications.
