Records Management Committee Meeting
October 14, 1991 Minutes
Attending were: Sherrie Burbank, Kathy Kaatz, Bobby White, Cathy
Wheatley, Bonnie Mulhearn, Nadine Robinson, Ambra Leiker,
Amy Anderson
o Follow up on draft retention schedule.
o Bonnie voiced concerns with the Land use section of retention
schedule.
o It was suggested the draft retention schedule be sent to the
city attorney for review and comments .
o Ambra will check with Jim Jaqua to see if he can look over the
building section of the draft retention schedule.
o Discussed City Council meeting tapes and how long the
retention is for them and on longevity of tapes .
o Bids for microfilming will be going out to vendors the week of
October 21, 1991.
o Records will finish checking land use planning fiche this week
and will give them to CD along with a cabinet .
The next Records Management Committee meeting will be held on
November 12 , 1991 at 9 : 15 a.m. in the Town Hall Conference Room.
