04/13/1992 - Minutes Minutes from the April 13, 1992 Records Management Committee Meeting
Attending were Cathy Wheatley, Renae Simmons, Ambra Leiker, Amy Anderson, and
Nadine Robinson.
o Viewed video tape on 24-hour City Hall. Discussed ideas of what ours may
include. Some suggestions of information to include were meeting calendars,
meeting agendas, park schedules, maps, street projects, Code updates,
and\or list of contact persons.
o Nadine has set a meeting with Accounting to review Records Manual on
Thursday.
o Records will be hiring a temp to help with file preparation for filming.
o Nadine and Cathy planned on attending an ARMA vendor meeting. One thing
Nadine wanted to look for was other options of storing the building
jacket fiche in the folders.
o Cathy mentioned some of the new recording procedures.
o Nadine will again ask Bruce about getting Clerk's Indexing for Engineering.
The next Records Management Committee meeting will be held on May 11 , 1992
at 9:15 a.m. in the Town Hall Conference Room.
