This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace SF project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Per our review of the plans and the construction photographs provided by Polygon, it's our
recommendation that the cracked concrete stem wall adjacent to the garage be epoxy injected as a
proper repair.
Based on the post -epoxy construction photographs and epoxy information from Polygon as well as
our discussion with the Project Superintendent, the epoxy injected wall repair is acceptable as
shown.
