automatically or automatically - holds 2 garbage containers - 60 gal.

Wayne wrote letter to Janet Holmes - City Admin. has also received
complaints - need to think about rates and get better numbers-
McReynolds would like to compare rates to surrounding areas - haulers
will send Wayne rate schedules for Washington County.
Wogen - lbught information about plastic recycling - Leichner's problem
is compacting plastic - all haulers have problem with market - there is
none.
Haulers asked what would happen when they have to pay someone to take
"recyclables". Problem is ability of market to absorb recycling. No
one has answer.
