Minutes of Meeting, May 24, 1980
Present: McReynolds, Cochran, Irwin, Jacobs, Wogen, Miouvetz

The meeting began at 7:00 p.m.
Minutes accepted .
o Gerry recapped the late charge problem and mentioned that wautehaulero
were going to come back to the committee with some requested guidelines .
After, some discussion of each haulers current process of dealing with
delinquencies, it was the consensus of the committee to allow the haulers
to form their own policies. The committee did not see the need to
incorporate a specific procedure into the ordinance au the ordinances
seemed to give general guidelineo . An long as the steps taken by each
hauler are fair and reasonable.
o Copy of the letter sent to Larimore was discussed, no response received.
o Tualatin River discussion of USA Storm Drainage District Study.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. Next meeting scheduled for June 14, 1988,
7:00 p.m.
