SUBJECT: Budget Committee Meeting, May 23, 1994
We have scheduled a Budget Committee meeting for Monday, May 23,
1994 at 4 : OOpm in the Town Hall Conference room.
The purpose of the meeting will be to receive the budget message
from the City Administrator for 1994/95 and to begin the discussion
of the 1994/95 proposed budget . In addition, the committee will
hold the required hearing on the use of state revenue sharing.
In order to provide adequate time to meet the hearing notice
requirements, the budget committee meeting schedule has tentatively
been set as follows :
Monday May 23 Budget message
Thursday May 26 Deliberations
Tuesday May 31 Deliberations
Thursday June 2 Deliberations/Recommendation
