1 . ROLL CALL: Present: Budget Committee Members: Valerie Johnson, John
Schwartz, Floyd Bergmann, Joyce Patton, David Funk, Judy
Christensen, and Susan Mueller; City Staff: Bob Jean, City
Administrator; Wayne Lowry, Acting Finance Director, and
Jill Monley, Community Services Director.
2. BUDGET COMMITTEE WORKSHOP
a. The attached outline was followed with Bob Jean presenting an
overview of the budget process. Wayne Lo addressed revenue
sources and the use and limitations of funds. Jill Monley
explained the City' s program budget structure related to
expenditures . Bob Jean then wrapped up the training workshop
with a discussion of the budget matrix on the last page of the
attached handout.
