TIGARD BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
November 14, 1984, - 7:30 P.M.

John Dethman reviewed the June 30, 1984 audit report with the committee.
Karen Rasmussen reviewed the management letter. Questions were asked by the
committee and discussion followed. K. Scheckla arrived.
Sheldon Edner discussed the urban services study and the update to the study
for the City. Questions and answers followed. P. Edin left.
Bob Jean quickly went through the rest of the agenda. He asked for general
consensus on how to update the 5 yr. plan for revenues from fees and charges.
The general consensus was that the City should only recover 80% of its costs
to provide the service.
The Budget Committee called a special meeting for December 12, 1984 at the
Durham Treatment Plant for 7:30 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 10:10 p.m.
