1. ROLL CALL: Present: Committee Chairman James Smith; Committee Members
Gerry Edwards, Dale Evans, Wally Hoffman, John Cook, Nancie
Stimler; Chief of Police, Robert Adams; Director of Public
Works, Frank Currie; City Administrator, Bob Jean; Director of
Planning & Development, William Monahan; Office Manager/Deputy
City Recorder, Loreen Wilson.
2. SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET MESSAGE:
(a) City Administrator presented the supplemental budget message. (See
attached copy.)
3. 1982-83 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET HEARING
(a) Public Hearing Opened
(b) Public Testimony: No one appeared to speak
(c) Public Hearing Closed
(d) Administrator presented information on creation of Storm Drainage
Special Revenue Fund creation and various other aspects of the
budget; stressing revenue and expenditures item by item.
(e) Motion by Committeemember Hoffman, seconded by Committeemember Evans
to recommend adoption to the City Council of the Supplemental Budget
document as presented.
Approved by unanimous vote of Committee present.
4. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Committeemember Evans, seconded by Committeemember
Hoffman to adjourn at 7:50 P.M.
