Present: Fred Benz, Jacobs, Jerry McReynolds, Mike Misovetz, Osborne,
Rebeckah Barrett, Mike Sandburg, Larry Schmidt, Tom Miller, and Mike
Leightner
1 . Minutes accepted.
2.. Mike Sandburg indicated that his system isautomatically .
Time delay is limited .
3. Only way to achieve a fool-proof system which would have all input is
yearly audit -- funds not available.
A. Suggestion to exchange information from each franchise.
5. Washington County uses average of 2.5 haulers -•- 6 percent to 12 percent.
Allows 12 percent; then as costs increase they allow rate to drop below
88 percent average allows less reviews .
6. None of our haulers are in any extremes -- Larry Schmidt has requested that
his mail and notice be sent to business address.
7. No official notice has been sent to haulers indicating a rate increase.
8. Typo error indicating that new rate on Exhibit "A" .
9. New exhibit must be sent: to each hauler as official.
Meeting is scheduled July 8, 1987 at 7:00 p.m.
