1 . Roll Call : Jacobs, McReynolds, Minovetz

2 . Minutes approved - motion by McReynolds, seconded by Jacobs .
3 . Devise an analysis formula to evaluate the rates from the Annual Reports
of the waste haulers - interpretation of the Annual Report. The
procedures are due to the Cuunoil on or before the February meeting.
McReynolds was appointed to chair thu committee to study and present a
plan.
4. Moved and seconded to accept newsletter advertising for recycling with
changes made.
5. Refer to City Attorney - enforcement of non---franchisee taking valuable
recycling goods thereby cutting the waste haulers -- make this a civil
infraction thereby enforceable by fines, etc. (cardboard - newspaper -
steel) .
