Monahan' s memo / Enforcement of Chapter 11 .04
Businesses to be made aware of ordinance - haulers in violation.
Franchisees to report violators to City Hall .
Amendment to TMC 11 .04 to be reviewed by City Council on December 15.
McReynolds proposing form for evaluation of franchisees' annual report.
Next meeting: January 26.
Metro: Notice of Proposed Rate Increase April 1, 1987
Comments from franchisees:
Expect more cost—effective look at programs .
Expect rate increase on tipping fees ($2.00) .

Motion made to request City Council to submit a letter indicating our
displeasure over the exorbitant increases in the packet. Seconded Osborn.
Large percentage of increase is coming from waste reduction programs .
