(Involves Ash Avenue, Burnham Street, and Pacific Highway in the Downtown Tigard area.) 6. Other business. 7. Call to order at 7:03 p.m. 2 . Members Present: Schweitz, Castile, Dusevoir, Etzel, Holland, Newcomb, Riewald, and Waterman. Others Present: Randy Wooley, Ed Murphy (Director of Community Development) , Pat Reilly (City Administrator) , Martha Bishop, and Sue Carver (NPO #6 Chair) . 3 . Approved minutes of September 13, 1990 meeting. 4. Pat Reilly discussed Ballot Measure 34-6, City is requesting an updated tax base for operating costs. Mr. Reilly also discussed the financial impact to the City if Ballot Measure 5 passes. 5. Ed Murphy gave presentation on land use history of City, future projections. 6. Sue Carver, NPO #6 Chair, requested recommendation from Committee regarding street closures for proposed Triad Development near 109th and Naeve St. NPO #6 would like the northend of 109th to remain closed at this time. Etzel made motion to recommend to City Council to leave all streets open, to maintain access and provide traffic control to discourage traffic into existing neighborhoods. Motion seconded and approved by a vote of 7 yes. Ms. Carver requested recommendation be read at next City Council meeting. 7 .
