Minutes - October 10, 1991
1. Call to order at 7:04 p.m.
2. Roll Call:
Members present: Schweitz, Castille, Waterman, Holland, Etzel, Newcomb
Members absent: Dusevoir
Others present: Randy Wooley, Sue Carver (NPO #6 Chairperson)
3. Approved minutes from May 9, 1991 meeting.
4. Discussion of CIP projects for 1991-1992
Review of budget (funds available for new projects)
Review of previously funded projects
Review of potential projects
Sue Carver, representing NPO#6, requests T.T.A.C. recommend funding of 109th
Avenue extension, near Naeve Road.
Randy Wooley made the following recommendations for funding:
Hall Blvd at Bonita Road signal
109th Avenue extension
Remainder for overlay projects
Motion made by Etzel: For next FY budget, fund Hall Blvd. at Bonita Road signal,
provide matching funds for Triad - 109th Avenue extension, and remainder of
funds to major maintenance projects. Motion seconded by Castille. Vote was
unanimous to recommend this CIP Budget for FY 91- 92.
