I had hoped to have detailed information to you with this agenda regarding the
short lint projects being considered for the 1988-80 budget. However, the
report is not quite complete. We still expect to have the information
completed prior to the meeting on the 23rd. If possible, we will send the
information to you early next week nu that you will have an opportunity to
review it prior to the meeting.
