MINUTES
Meeting called to order at 7:05.
Members present: Joe Schweitz, Jim Dusevoir, John Etzel, Nancy Newcomb, Ron
Holland, Dan Rosborough, and Dick Walker.
Others present: Randy Wooley, City Engineer; John Schwartz, City Councilor;
Gary Aflson, City Transportation Engineer.
Old minutes meeting dates should read June 6th, June 7th.
Others present should read Jill Monley.
Everyone was generally pleased with the Town Hall meetings.
Randy handed out a summarized sheet of the Town Hall ideas. Ron added
feedback not to widen McDonald. Gary Alf son handed out a summary sheet of
projects with cost estimates. The summary also included what was to be done
for each particular. project.
The committee members individually selected their own priority lists.

Other Business:
A draft bond was handed out to the committee for review. The committee
revised the bond draft slightly.
A letter is going to the paper thanking the community for their participation
in the Town Hall Meetings.
The committee will meet with City Council on 27 June at 6:30.
Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
