TO: 'Transportation Advisory Committee December 31, 1080

Various members of the Committee have suggested that the Committee needs
additional direction from the City Council an to the purpose and goals of the
Committee. Therefore, a workshop session has been scheduled with the City
Council for Monday, January 26, 1087, at 6:38PM at City Hall. For the
workshop to be worthwhile, it is important that as many committee members as
possible attend the workshop. An hour has been scheduled for the workshop,
prior to the Council' s regular- meeting,
Your January 8th Committee meeting will allow an opportunity to discuss the
topics which you wish to discuss with the Council at the workshop,
