Cost will be paid by LID plus minor funds from City budget of two years ago. Will make major difference to Tigard Triangle and 72nd access to Pacific Highway. o Discussion on Cascade/Greenburg signal centered on traffic backups, speed of traffic on Greenburg, and safety. Motion amended to add that if funds are short, we continue project and finish it next fiscal year. Motion defeated. o Moved and seconded to recommend funding design and installation of a traffic signal at Greenburg and Cascade Boulevard.
