A few hours after the submittal,our client had noticed that 2 things that he mistakenly forgot to mention to us. One is to move the proposed single door down about 7'-0" to align with other door on the adjacent space. The other is replacing an existing double door to a single hollow metal door and fill in the opening to match existing. These are shown on the attached PDF as redlines. Please take a look at the attached PDF. I was wondering if it's possible for you to redline the drawings that we had submitted today per this PDF at the time when you review them. I will make sure to update our drawings so that your documents and ours match. If you could reline those 2 doors on T1.01&ST1.01,that would be great. Our client want to make minor changes to the floor plans such as relocating walls, not building walls that were proposed,adding one interior man door, etc. I am not sure what type of process that I need to go through for resubmitting these changes. Is it possible for me to bring revised sets of drawings to you and go over the changes for an approval? I would appreciate your feedback on this. I have one last question. The client wants to place a few small ovens in the proposed office space. I think that the space still falls under"B" occupancy with those ovens. Do you agree?
