Note: A quorum was declared to exist.

5. Hearing Item:
5.1 SDR 50-77 (Canterbury Woods)
Regarding placement of the recreation building "internally".
A. Staff Report:
The staff report was read by Aldie Howard, Planning Director.
General review of project was given by staff to the Board.
B. Applicant's Presentation:
Mr. Van Lom, architect for Mr. Hoffman presented his case for
movement of the recreation building.
C. Public Testimony:
Members of the Calaway Hills Homeowners Association presented
their case for not moving the structure.
At this point the public meeting was closed.
D. Board Discussion & Action:
The Site Design Review Board members deliberated on the issues.
A motion by Smith, seconded by Olson to uphold the Planning
Director's decision to not allow the movement of the recreation
building from the location shown on the approved site plan.
Motion was approved by a 4 to 1 vote.
