REQUEST: A request for site plan and landscape review of a 136 unit

SITE LOCATION: 9930 and 10060 S.W. Durham Road (Wash. Co. , Tax Map 2S1
14B, Lots 300 and 400)
APPLICANTS: Mr. Ken Waymire, Waverly Construction, Hubbard, Oregon,
and Mr. Ken Grimstad, Durham Road, Tigard, Oregon
1. Basic Facts: A. Applicants have agreed to the Planning Commission
conditions (ZC 13-78 & ZC 18-78) Ref. letter of
acknowledgement dated December 8, 1978 as signed
December 22, 1978
B. Tigard City Council approved 0rd.78-84 with
associated conditions.
C. Project was conditional to a review by the Site
Design Review Board
2. Findings:
An Ordinance 78-84 which was approved by the Tigard City Council on
December 18, 1978 lists ten conditions. These conditions shall be
discussed by the Site Design Review Board with the applicants on
February 1, 1979.
3. Staff Recommendations:
Following resolve of all questions, Staff recommends approval of
this development in accordance with Planning Commission approval
and Tigard City Council approval.
