1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m.
by Chairman McMonagle.
2. ROLL CALL: Roll was recorded by staff. Members present:
Olson, Cook, Hammes, Wakem, McMonagle; staff:
Powell
3. MINUTES: Approved as read
4. DESIGN REVIEW
4.1 SDR 1-76 (R. A. Gray/Tigard Clinic)
A. Site Development Plan Review
1. Staff Report: read by Powell. Staff also sub-
mitted another set of plans from
the applicant which differed in
site dimension.
2. Applicant's Presentation
Bob Gray and John Bentley of his staff ex-
plained the discrepancy between the two sets
of site plans with the Board and described
the project
3. Board Discussion and Action
o Moved (Cook) to deny on a procedural basis,
permitting a resubmission after applicant
had determined the true site dimensions and
recommending a variance be applied for if
needed.
o Seconded (Hammes) .
o Discussion: McMonagle suggested that staff
look into the right-of-way width necessary
for development of Garrett St. ; whether a
sidewalk was to be required on Garrett St. ;
the size necessary for the storm sewer on
the site; what profile and grade would be
necessary (or recommended) on Garrett; and
whether an easement should be required for
the storm sewer.
