Purpose: Lot 138-subgrade evaluation
Outstanding Issues:: FR-136 (9/14) Low density pavement
I arrived on site as arranged by Tom with Polygon Homes. The purpose of my site visit was to observe subgrade for
lot#138 as indicated on the attached site plan.
Upon arrival I observed earthwork crew had completed finish grading for lot 138. The exposed subgrade generally
consists of brown silt(ML). Using a%-inch diameter steel foundation probe, I evaluated the relative consistency of
the subgrade. Based on probing,the subgrade appears medium stiff to stiff.
Based on observation and probing,it is our opinion that the lots 138 subgrade where observed today has been
prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
