The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

Motions to approve minutes for May 8, 2017.

Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Discussion Items from Previous Meetings
Continuation of any discussion items from previous meetings.
7:20 p.m. 5. Park and Recreation Fee Update
The PRAB will receive information on the Park and Recreation Fee from the
presentation to Council.
7:40 p.m. 6. Parks CIP and River Terrace Park Additions
Updates on the park additions from Manager Steve Martin.
8:00 P.M. 7. Parks and Recreation Updates
Updates from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight.
8:15 p.m. 8. PRAB Liaison Reports
PRAB members will report on other Boards and Commissions.

Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board will go into executive session
to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (e). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
