Per our conversation and plans that were emailed, the pony wall at side elevation Is about 8
ft. tall. At front elevation, I understand that the HTT5 holdowns were Installed In the concrete
stem wall, Nall and sheath the pony was as the wall callout at the main level. Where a holdwon
Is noted connect the pony wall to wall above with Simpson MST72 straps.
I have reviewed this and take no exception.
