be prejudiced by vacation of the side lot easements.

LAKE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, CITY OF TIGARD, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, OREGON.
(7) Motion to adopt; Councilman. Cook, seconded by Councilman Wakem.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.

11. RESULTS OF MAIN STREET POLL REGARDING STREET TREES & PLANTERS
(a) Administrator read letter and ballot which had been mailed to the 23 merchants
and/or property owners between Burnham and R/R originally contributing to project.
Official vote count was - 10 for removal and 8 to modify
Administrator further stated two additional votes for removal had arrived at
City Hall one day late, leaving three who did not respond.
(b) Motion by Councilman Scheckla, se(,,,onded by Councilman Mickelson, to confirm
vote to remove trees and planters and to return street to its previous condition.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.
(c) Administrator stated work would hopefully begin by the end of the week.
12. APPROVE O.L.C.C. APPLICATION
Albertson's Inc. , 12060 SW Main, Tigard, Oregon, Package Store License Application
(a) Administrator recommended approval.
(b) Motion by Councilman Wakem, seconded by Councilman Cook, to forward application
to O.L.C.C. without objection.
Approved by unanimous vote of Council.
13. RESOLUTION No. 77-47 A RESOULUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE NEED FOR, AND EXISTENCE OF, AN
