We require copies of the required Permits, a timeline and a pre- condition restoration of the streets. All costs associated with this work will be the responsibility of the homeowner. Per the request of the City of Tigard I need you to state that 14111 SW 120th Place Tigard will be allowed to install a sewer through tracks to 119th to connect to the city main. There are three tracks that need to be stated on the letter. Sanitech will not be allowed to obtain the permits until we receive confirmation/approval from the HOA, we will send you copies of the permits once we receive them. We are starting this job next Wednesday 4/26 so we need to get this information into the city.
