The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

Motions to approve minutes for April 10, 2017.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Discussion Items from previous Meetings
Continuation of any discussion items from previous meetings?
7:20 p.m. 5. Urban Renewal Ballot Measures.
The PRAB will receive information from Senior Planner Susan Shanks on the May
16 ballot measures.
7:40 p.m. 6. Parks and Recreation Updates
Updates from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight and Recreation Coordinator
Anthony Markey.
8:00 P.M. 7. Parks and Recreation and Parks CIP 2017-18 budgets
An update on the proposed budget after the Budget Committee meetings.
8:30 p.m. 8. PRAB Liaison Reports
PRAB members will report on other Boards and Commissions.

Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (e). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
