thanks for taking my call just now. Please see the attached future plan for baja fresh. Once I remove circulation
from the seating area, the total occupant count for the kitchen and dining area ends up pretty low, 41 total -
` which keeps the space as a B use, and not requiring the 2 hour walls at any.location. Your confirmation will be
greatly appreciated.
