We are writing to inform you of our recommendations for structural changes to the
home(s) listed above. As requested we have reviewed the shearwall sheathing
installed in the media room and how it transitions to the exterior plywood sheathing.
If the following shear transfer can be made utilizing wall studs,then a single layer of
plywood is acceptable with shear transferring from the interior plane of sheathing to
the exterior.
