Hello Angela and Tom,
In talking to T2, I learned that the City inspector noted the lack of fire-rated eaves adjacent to Satsuma on Lot 103 in
River Terrace NW. Fire-rated eaves are not required in this case-the plot plan erroneously showed the fire-rated eaves
on this side of the house. I've attached a corrected plot plan. Please let me know if you'd like me to forward this to
somebody at the City,to clarify this situation.
