I have attached our GIS aerial shot above for you. We are working on a demolition permit to demo (1) of(3) buildings in the back of this property with the 9744 SW Tigard St. address--the building in the west corner of the property, which will be rebuilt. I spoke with Christine earlier to see if 9744 SW Tigard Street was billed for sewer, and it appears that 9740 SW Tigard St. has the meter and is the only building currently billed for sewer(1 D.U.). There is a lateral for the 9744 buildings to hook up to on the property, but (1) D.U. is not sufficient for the buildings in the back. We were informed that the building to be demolished has (1)toilet, (1) shower, and (1) sink. Essentially we are trying to determine if we need to give SDC credits to a building that is not officially hooked up to sewer, but the property is. My thought is that since the buildings at 9744 SW Tigard St. are not hooked up to sewer, then they should not receive credits towards the new construction. What is Utility Billings stance on this?
