1. CALL TO ORDER—5:03 PM
2. ROLL CALL
In attendance: Dent Wyatt,Adam LaFountain, Caleigh Smith,Zahra Hashmat,Marquesa Calderon,Juliette
Tisseur,Landon Carlson,Hannah Alzgal, Grant
Excused: Barbara Ann, Sarah Oh,Danny Shimanovsky, Skyler Gambill
Unexcused: Emily Webster
3. NEW BUSINESS
• Encouraged members to attend the State of the City
• Named Youth Spotlight Award winner for January- Carla Gonzalez-the president of Mecha Club,
hosting a state conference
• Discussed purchasing graduation chords to TYAC members who are graduating this year.
4. OLD BUSINESS
• Approved minutes from January 9,2017 meeting.
• Discussed photo contest which will run until March 1.
• Discussed where to donate blankets.
• Agreed that TYAC does not need its own social media accounts.
5. ADJOURN
This meeting was adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
