I met with John Clarken during site visit. At the time of my arrival the G-Cam had excavated the lots to structural subgrade elevation. G-Cam will spread 3/4"-0 over the subgrade once it is approved. I observed and probed the subgrade using a Y2 inch diameter steel foundation probe. The subgrade was stiff to very stiff. Based on observation and probing, it is our opinion that the subgrade on Lot 19 will support lightly loaded residential home with allowable bearing capacity of 1,500 pounds per square foot and will perform as intended.
