The site is located southwest of the intersection of SW Ash Avenue and SW Burnham Street. GeoDesign prepared a geotechnical engineering report' for the site. This summary report was prepared at the request of Brian Lasswell ofJBA LLC. During the work at the Building 2 site, GeoDesign staff observed and tested (when appropriate) on a part-time and on-call basis the following geotechnically relevant items: • Site stripping and demolition • Excavation backfill installation and compaction • Building pad subgrade preparation, including cement amending • Building pad base rock compaction • Footing subgrade preparation • SW Ash Court/SW Attwell utility trench backfill compaction • SW Ash Court/SW Attwell pavement base rock compaction The results of our site visits were summarized in daily field reports, copies of which were provided to you and the project design and construction team.
