This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans and the construction photos provided by Polygon, the cantilevered
LVL 1-3/4x14 beam above the center of the garage with six 7/8"+/- diameter drilled holes near mid-
depth is acceptable as shown. No fix is required.
