The third core is being held for a 28 day test and the compression strength wili be reported at that time. Attached is , results of tests for compressive strength (fc') conducted .January 3, 1984. Indications are the fc' of both the footing and walls are far less than a reading of 1500 PSI to be expected @ lei days (approx. 75% of re. sired strength). Vsing this basis it doesn't seem the concrete has been frozen, but possibly the curing process has been interfered with. Before construction will be allowed on this project: 1. The foundation system shall he replaced with concrete placed under more accepi.able weather conditions. OR 7.. Provide documentation firom a registered professional substantiating the strength of the concrete.
