peri-. 0 to place fill or perform grading on your above referenced
property is subject to (but not limited to) the following:
o Prior to the placement of any fill or grading work, all required
erosion control methods shall be in place. This includes:
- Installation of a gravel driveway. %lean or replace as
needed to keep clear of dirt.
- Inutallation of a silt barrier.
The silt barrier shall. remain in place until the fill. area has been
provided with perma:ient ground cover (i.e, Bark dust, grass, or
other landscaping) . NOTE: the silt barrier must be countersunk into

includes:
