It has recently been determined the front yard setback to the garage at the
above-referenced address is not in total conformance with City standards.
It was found the southwest corner of the garage is only 18.5 feet from the
front property lino (where 20 feet is required). After review of the
situation, it has been determined the intent of the City Code has been met,
based on the following:
1. A majority of the driveway will comply for off-street parking.
2. The City Code does allow for a 15 foot setback to other ansae of the houAe
In the front yard.
Therefore, the location of the structure is acceptable as placed.
