As has been mentioned to you in the letter dated 2/3/96,our plan of the compleorr is early this summer. We had.wo records of rainfall in April and May through June. 1t took two months extra of our time to do the outside wo,k. We have been proceeding the project constantly,but same+'hat lacking man power to finish overcoming the lost two months. We would like to ask you the extension of the building permit until the end of December of this year. i.e. 12/31/1996.Our plant is to complete the project by the end of August. However, I felt we may need an extra time in case some unexpected had happened while we do not anticipate at this time. Here are the old list of works left to do in the 2/13/96 letter. Additional calculations for the mechanical unit supports are enclosed. Plan review structural Item 2: "Specify nailing blocking to top plate at 1 and 219". From our 1 U/ calculations we have determined thni no nailing is necessary to attach the blocking above the top plates at the eaves. The lateral loading is transferred through the -Simpson' H2.5 at the ends of the trusses. The blocking Is present to transfer the lateral loads to the bottom chords of I, the trusses. For specified nailing see the nailing schedule on sheet A-8. Additional calculations v for connection to top plate are enclosed.
