All such weeds, tall grass, and other noxious vegetation more than ten inches in height, or anything that may be likely to cause a fire, must be removed as defined in City of Tigard Ordinance Title 7, Chapter 7.40, Section 7.40.020. However, this ordinance does not pertain to bushes, trees, shrubbery, and/or other vegetation that is grown for food, fuel or ornament, so long as the public health and safety are not endangered by the maintenance of such growth or vegetation.
