Maintainance of a property in violation of this ordinance may endanger the public health and safety. (a) A person committes "he crime of open storage of ,junk when as the owner, tenant, person in possession, or person in charge of or having the care of any real property, he deposits, stores, maintains or keeps on any real property within the city, outside a fullyb enclosed storage facility, building or garbage receptacle, any of the following: 1. Inoperable, umisable, partially 1- dismantled automobiles, cars, truck, trailer or other vehicular equipment or parts ther, )f in a state of disrepair for more than ten days as to any one automoblie, car, truck, trailer or piece of vehicular equipment- ; 2.
