The courtyard area between the buildings, showing the access walkways, is incorporated and attached as a part of the approved plans. 2. Additional nailing as shown on sheets Al and A3, and the Ramset'Tru-Bolts" called at detail 12(A6 are incorpjrated as pRrt of the approved plans. 3. Disabled access to the building shells complies as shown. However,as individual tenant plans are submitted, additional doors may be required to be made accessible, pursuant to Sections 3106(b)� and 3 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code. This additional access can be provided in one of two ways: a) providing additional walkways leading from the accessible parking to the entrances required to be accessible, or b) providing additional accessible parking immediately adjacent(or immediately across the vehicular driveway in the case of the east side of building #225) to the entrancr!s required to be accessible. Pursuant to our discussion, it may be advisable for the project to pursue additional building perimeter walkways to allow for greater leasing flexibility with respect to the accessible entry requirements. 4. Two sets of revised plans, incorporating the wailrways described in #1 above, the red-lined changes described in #2 above, and any other revisions made with respect to 03 above, shall be submitted to the Building Division to provide a complete set of micro-filmable plans. if we can be of any further assistance, please call me.
